Thelese Consulting Group Employee Assistance Program
What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)? Society for Human Resource Management defines the Employee Assistance Program as a work-based intervention program designed to assist employees in resolving personal problems that may be adversely affecting the employee’s performance. Programs are delivered at no cost to employees by stand-alone EAP vendors or providers who are part of comprehensive health insurance plans. Services are often delivered via phone, video-based counseling, online chatting, e-mail interactions, or face-to-face.
Thelese Consulting Group (TCG) supports your employees’ total wellbeing, helping them be their best selves while becoming effective in the workplace. We beat other programs by providing four counseling sessions per month annually. Each business will have a customized plan that will fit your staffing needs based on the size of your staff. It does not matter if you have F/T, P/T, seasonal, or 1099. We believe everyone under your leadership deserves the best from you.
Who is eligible for an EAP?
Active state employees, their lawful spouse or registered domestic partner, and unmarried dependent children are eligible to utilize EAP.
